Bosch DNA is the incubator and startup acceleration arm of the globally renowned Bosch Group — a platform designed to nurture young entrepreneurs, spotlight innovative ventures, and connect emerging talent with one of the world's most respected engineering organisations.
The programme needed a digital home that could clearly communicate its history, showcase what it does, and lay out its vision for the future — all while staying true to the rigorous Bosch design language.
Bosch already has a thorough existing design guideline covering fonts, illustration, colours, and icons. We followed their guideline precisely to stay in sync with the master brand — then layered motion graphics onto select design elements to make the website more interactive and lively.
Since the platform is aimed at young entrepreneurs, we knew these considered micro-details would make a meaningful difference to engagement and first impressions.
We began with a thorough study of Bosch's existing global design system — understanding not just the visual rules, but the intent behind them. From there, we mapped out a content architecture that would serve two distinct audiences simultaneously: young entrepreneurs exploring the programme, and enterprise stakeholders evaluating partnerships.
The result was a dual-purpose information flow — inspiring enough to excite founders, structured enough to satisfy corporate decision-makers. Motion graphics were introduced selectively, bringing energy to key moments without overwhelming the precision Bosch is known for.
Every screen was designed to reflect Bosch's precision and heritage while speaking to a younger, startup-oriented audience. Clean layouts, structured information hierarchy, and purposeful motion made the platform feel both authoritative and energising — a balance that's hard to strike, and harder to execute.
A mobile-first approach was non-negotiable. Startup founders increasingly discover and evaluate opportunities on their phones — so the Bosch DNA platform was engineered to deliver a flawless, high-fidelity experience across every screen size, from large desktop monitors to compact mobile viewports.
Every layout, animation, and interactive element was tested across browsers and devices to ensure consistency, speed, and accessibility without compromise.
