Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ruckusae.com, the website of Ruckus Advertising & Events (“Ruckus”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
They cover the website only. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate proposal or agreement — see Proposals and client projects.
Using this website
You may browse the website and use its features for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
- send content through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or harmful, or that contains malicious code;
- use automated means to copy large parts of the website’s content, except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content — including text, graphics, design, layout, the Ruckus name and logo — belong to Ruckus or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own reference, for example when considering our services. You may not reproduce, republish, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Portfolio work, trademarks and third-party content
Our case studies and portfolio show work created for clients. Client names, logos, trademarks and brand materials belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate the work we have done. Their inclusion does not transfer any rights to you, and does not imply any endorsement beyond the working relationship described.
If you are a rights holder and believe material on the website should not be shown, please contact us at rajesh@ruckusae.com.
Our services and enquiries
Service descriptions on the website are general information, not an offer that can be accepted. Sending an enquiry, booking a meeting or contacting us does not create a contract or any obligation for either party to proceed. We may decline any enquiry.
Proposals and client projects
When we agree to work with a client, the project is governed by the proposal, statement of work or written agreement accepted by both parties. That document sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, revisions, cancellation, ownership and licensing of the work, and any other project-specific obligations.
These website terms do not set any fees, payment deadlines, refund or cancellation rules, or project guarantees. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails for that project.
Job applications
Submitting an application through the Career page does not create any obligation to offer an interview or employment. We handle the information you send as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. Information on the website is provided for general purposes and is not professional advice.
Third-party links and services
The website links to, and uses, services run by other companies — for example our social media pages, client websites, WhatsApp and YouTube. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ruckus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights you have that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
The law that governs these terms, and the courts that have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, will be stated here once confirmed.
